Dr. Sameer Puri is the Director of CAD/CAM Dentistry at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and maintains a private practice in Scottsdale Arizona since he sold his practice in Tarzana, Calif. A CEREC® user since December 2003, Dr. Puri has been certified as an Advanced CEREC® trainer since January 2005.
Dr. Michael Skramsted grew up in Marshall, MN and attended collage at Purdue University. While at Purdue, he played on the University Golf Team for 4 years and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor Degree in Genetics. Dr. Skramsted then returned to MN and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2000. He currently is faculty in the CAD/CAM Department at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and cerecdoctors.com, a nationally renowned website for consulting education in CEREC dentistry. He was also voted one of the 'Top Dentists' multiple times by his peers in Mpls. St. Paul Magazine.
Mark J. Fleming, D.D.S. is a 1978 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He maintains a full time practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Fleming has spoken to several international groups on CEREC® technology and has served on the Board of an international academy which furthered the understanding and use of computerized technologies and machinable restorative materials in dentistry. He serves as a consultant to a variety of dental manufacturers helping in product evaluation and design. Dr. Fleming has been a CEREC® user since 2001, a beta tester for the CEREC® software since 2004. He is a Faculty Member in the CAD/CAM Dentistry Department at the prestigious Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. Dr. Fleming also serves as Faculty on cerecdoctors.com, the largest online CEREC® training in the world. He is a Basic and Advanced Trainer for Patterson Dental for CEREC® technology and editor for cerecdoctors.com the Magazine.
Dr. Peter Gardell graduated NYU College of Dentistry 1989 and has a technology based practice with an emphasis on esthetics in Stamford CT. CEREC® has been in use in the office since 2005, Galileos was added in 2010. Dr Gardell is an Alpha and Beta tester for Sirona's Imaging and Cad Cam technologies since 2009. He also has been involved with testing for various manufacturers of restorative and implant products. He has lectured nationally and internationally on topics ranging from integration of technology in the dental office and techniques in restorative & implant dentistry to prosthetically driven implant dentistry .
Dr. Darin O'Bryan graduated in 1997 from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He practiced in Minneapolis for 7 years in a large group practice before moving to the coast of Oregon. Dr. O'Bryan currently resides in Coos Bay/North Bend where he has a private focusing on implant and digital dentistry. Dr. O'Bryan is faculty with CERECdoctors.com at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. He is also a basic and advanced trainer for Patterson, a Beta tester for Sirona and product tester for dental manufacturers. He is an internationally published author on digital and CAD/CAM dentistry and has mentored thousands of dentists on how to integrate technology into their office. Dr. O'Bryan holds affiliations with the American Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. O'Bryan has two wonderful daughters with his beautiful wife; they all enjoy sailing in their free time.
Dr. Rich Rosenblatt has been a CEREC® user since 2003. He founded the Northern Illinois CEREC® study club, one of the largest CAD/CAM study clubs in the North America. He is a moderator for the CEREC® forum on Dentaltown.com. He is a software alpha and beta tester and a certified speaker for Sirona Dental Systems. Dr. Rosenblatt is CEREC® basic trainer for Patterson Dental, a faculty member on the cerecdoctors.com website, and is CAD/CAM faculty member at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry in Scottsdale Arizona. Dr. Rosenblatt graduated in 1997 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and completed a general practice residency at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Reading, Pa. in 1998. He has been practicing in the Chicagoland area since 1999 and presently owns a dental practice in Lake Forest Illinois focusing on CAD/CAM dentistry.
Dr. Fasbinder is currently the Director of the Computerized Dentistry Program and a Clinical Professor in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences and Endodontics, University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. He is board certified in General Dentistry by the American Board of General Dentistry. He also maintains a part-time private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Fasbinder directs the Computerized Dentistry Unit at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry that is dedicated to research and education on CAD/CAM dental systems. The CompuDent Unit has been a leader in education and research with the CEREC® chairside CAD/CAM system and digital impression systems since 1993 resulting in numerous abstracts and publications. It has also been the primary Basic Training Center for CEREC® education courses for Patterson Canada since 2001. Dr. Fasbinder is the Scientific Advisor for CERECdoctors.com, the largest online CEREC® training resource in the world. Dr. Fasbinder sits on the editorial board of the International Journal of Computerized Dentistry and also serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Oral Rehabilitation, Journal of Prosthodontics, Operative Dentistry, Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry, American Journal of Dentistry, and Journal of Dental Technology. Dr. Fasbinder's professional affiliations include the International Association for Dental Research, the American Association for Dental Research, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Board of General Dentistry, and the Michigan Dental Association. Dr. Fasbinder is a frequent speaker on ceramic restorations and digital dental systems at meetings and conferences throughout North America and International locations.
Dr. Juliani, maintains a private practice in Rochester Hills, MI, and is a national educator in the use of dental CAD/CAM technology and practice technology integration. A 1993 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, he completed a one year General Practice Residency, after which he served two years at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, where he was the Officer in Charge of Infection Control and Preventative Dentistry. Dr. Juliani has been a CEREC® user since 2003, is a CEREC® basic and advanced trainer, Sirona beta tester, faculty at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry, and a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. For the fifth consecutive year, he has been listed as one of America's Top Dentists by the Consumer Research Council of America, and one of Detroit's Top Dentists by Hour Detroit Magazine.
Dr. Andrew Hall maintains a patient centered private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado which provides all aspects of dentistry with an emphasis on digital and esthetic dentistry. Dr. Hall has been a CEREC user since 2005, educates internationally on dental CAD/CAM technology. and serves as a CEREC basic and advanced trainer, and beta tester for Dentsply Sirona. Dr. Hall grew up in Saint Petersburg, Florida and upon completion of dental school at the University of Florida in 2001, he completed an AEGD in the US Army. While in the Army, Dr. Hall served as the Division dentist for the 25th Infantry Division which afforded many unique opportunities including a deployment in 2004 to Iraq. Dr. Hall's affiliations include chair of the Mile High CEREC Study Club in Denver, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association. American Academy of Facial Esthetics, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and Fellow to the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Shivi Gupta owns a private practice in San Diego, California that is focused on CAD/CAM and CBCT technology. Over the course of her 19 years in practice, her passion for digital technology has led her to use CAD/CAM to its fullest potential for crowns and bridges, implants, smile designs and orthodontics.
Dr. Gupta serves as Resident Faculty with CDOCS, is a KOL speaker and Beta tester for Dentsply Sirona, a product consultant for various dental companies, and an advanced trainer for Patterson Dental. She has lectured internationally on CAD/CAM and digital dentistry. Dr. Gupta is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, Canada and the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Lynne Thomas, DDS has actively built upon her knowledge gained at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry throughout her career. By joining and participating in high-echelon study groups and organizations; such as becoming a Fellow with the Academy of General Dentistry and an accreditation candidate with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Thomas added solid building blocks to an expanding knowledge base. These affiliations, and more, were just the beginning of her pursuit of providing her patients a practice where the Complete Health Model could be available, incorporated, and used for their benefit. In 2004, Dr. Thomas integrated the art and science of digital dentistry into her daily practice. Today she treats cases ranging from the straightforward to the complex; for the stability, harmony, longevity, and benefit of her patients. It's this passion for interdisciplinary diagnosis, with an emphasis on incorporating digital technology, she loves to share with and motivate other dentists, regardless of their years in practice.
